Meet Melody Miller, LMFT

Relationships deeply influence how we see ourselves and connect with others. When someone is struggling with body image, anxiety, eating disorders, or painful relationship patterns, it can feel isolating and overwhelming — even if they appear to be managing on the outside.

 

Melody primarily works with teen girls and women navigating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, and body image concerns. She also supports couples and families who feel disconnected or stuck in conflict. Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens within safe, supportive relationships and that meaningful change begins with feeling understood.

In therapy, Melody helps clients identify patterns that keep them stuck, build practical coping and communication skills, and strengthen their relationship with themselves and others. She aims to provide hope, clarity, and steady support as clients move toward a more meaningful life. Faith-based counseling is also available for those who wish to integrate their religious beliefs into the therapeutic process.

Certifications:

​Melody has received additional training in providing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Oklahoma Co-Parenting for Resilience, and is a certified facilitator for the premarital therapy program Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS).
