Melody Miller, LMFT

Aetna, BCBS, Community Care, Health Choice,

Tricare, & United

$155/session(individuals & couples)

Relationships deeply influence how we see ourselves and connect with others. When someone is struggling with body image, anxiety, eating disorders, or painful relationship patterns, it can feel isolating and overwhelming — even if they appear to be managing on the outside.

Melody primarily works with teen girls and women navigating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, and body image concerns. She also supports couples and families who feel disconnected or stuck in conflict. Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens within safe, supportive relationships and that meaningful change begins with feeling understood.

In therapy, Melody helps clients identify patterns that keep them stuck, build practical coping and communication skills, and strengthen their relationship with themselves and others. She aims to provide hope, clarity, and steady support as clients move toward a more meaningful life. Faith-based counseling is also available for those who wish to integrate their religious beliefs into the therapeutic process.

Isabelle recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa's Clinical Mental Health Program. She received her bachelor's degree in communication at the University of Missouri and is interested in Marriage and Family Counseling with a passion and intrigue for Internal Family Systems and Attachment Theory. Isabelle previously interned and worked at the Calm Center, a week-long assessment and stabilization center for youth ages 10-17. It was there where she recognized her interest in the family system, and its impact on individual mental health. Her hobbies include cooking, playing guitar, thrifting, and redesigning clothes out of secondhand apparel with one of her closest friends. Prioritizing creative outlets has been paramount in Isabelle's own therapeutic journey and is something she hopes to inspire and incorporate into her practice as well. She’s excited to remain part of our Whole Hive team!

Dr. Molly Longdren, ADHD Specialist

Mollys' Profile Picture

$125/session

As an adult diagnosed with combined-type ADHD while working on her doctorate, Molly Londgren is passionate about helping others who have received an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood to understand how their neurodiverse brains affect their lives and give them behavioral strategies to realize their goals.

Dr. Londgren discovered her love for coaching individuals with ADHD in her work as a study skills coach for medical students. On the surface, many “high-functioning” adults with ADHD are seen by the rest of the world as managing perfectly fine; however, they often experience constant overwhelm, task paralysis, perfectionism, and fear of failure.

Far too often, newly-diagnosed individuals are prescribed medication but not given any concrete strategies for how to manage their symptoms in real life. Medication can be a wonderful tool to make the day-to-day management of ADHD easier; however, medication alone will not address the challenges of having a neurodiverse brain in a world designed for neurotypicals.
