I believe every person’s story matters. No matter what you’ve experienced, healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk through life’s challenges alone. I am a student counselor currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.
I believe our lives are shaped by the narratives we carry about ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences. I have a special interest in working with individuals navigating family dysfunction, difficult childhood experiences, grief and loss, and those who may feel lost or stuck in their life story. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued as they explore their experiences, find meaning, and discover hope for the chapters still being written.
My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and authentic connection. Together, we can gently explore the stories that have shaped you while identifying patterns that may no longer serve you. For clients who desire it, I am honored to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the counseling process, recognizing the importance of emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. It is my privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover healing, renewed purpose, and the freedom to embrace each chapter of their lives.
